 Today we share the case of our American client. After receiving the customer's product drawing, our technical team held a review meeting for the first time, analyzed the product, and put forward the idea of machining to change the die forging. In the process of communication, we also consider with die-casting and other process,but we found that the other solutions may have many follow-up hidden problems, such as the mechanical properties of the material is much different, porosity will be too large to affect the subsequent surface treatment, etc.
