A face-to-face meeting is the greatest sincerity

At the beginning of 2024, Densen OEM department welcomed its first batch of customer visits – clients from the German construction machinery industry. During the product design phase, our powerful technical team provided the clients with numerous process optimization suggestions. Over the course of a year, we collaboratively developed 10 product samples, all of which passed testing and received high approval from the clients, smoothly initiating the first batch production!

This month, to deepen our collaboration, the clients visited our processing factory for an on-site inspection. During the tour, the clients personally inspected some products. After examination, our products fully met the standards, and the clients expressed full approval of our factory. Prior to the visit, the clients had confirmed an order for 870 units. In preparation, our sales team conducted thorough discussions internally regarding potential concerns the clients might have, saving a lot of on-site communication time. From the client's perspective, we provided optimal solutions and, in the end, reached consensus. Through the collective efforts of the team, after multiple rounds of communication and business negotiations, the clients developed greater trust in us. They decided on the spot to increase the order quantity from 870 units to 1300 units! Additionally, the clients shared their other product requirements and discussed future collaboration opportunities with us. We appreciate the trust and support from our clients!     3) New Densen’s QC engineers will do on-site supervision and before EX-work quality inspection. New Densen will issue inspection reports for customers’ approval before EX-work. New Densen will be responsible for its reports and every parts no matter how long sold to customers.
