A Journey of Deep Collaboration: Customer Visit to DingSheng Die Casting Factory

On December 5th, we welcomed an extraordinary customer visit. The client arranged to meet us at the entrance of the Adora Hotel, marking the beginning of a unique factory tour. This time, we had the privilege of visiting Densen Die Casting Factory, a specialized manufacturer dedicated to mold design and fabrication, as well as the production and processing of die-cast components.

Located in a picturesque industrial park, Densen Die Casting Factory boasts a spacious facility covering 15,000 square meters and a robust team of over 140 employees. The factory is well-equipped with 6 large aluminum die-casting machines ranging from 400T to 2000T, 80 high-speed/high-precision machining centers, and more than 30 precision-specialized devices such as high-precision stirring friction welding machines, electric machining tools, and surface treatment equipment.

The factory focuses on the production of components for new energy vehicles, including the manufacturing of control box casings, motor casings, and pump casings. In terms of product quality control, the factory has introduced advanced equipment such as one each of Zeiss and Edwards coordinate measuring machines, an industrial CT scanner, a Hitachi-Oxford spectrometer, and several air tightness testing instruments, ensuring the reliability of product quality. It is gratifying to note that our die-casting factory has obtained the IATF16949:2016 quality system certification, further reinforcing its modern corporate management system.

During the factory tour, the customer experienced firsthand Densen Die Casting Factory's relentless dedication to technological innovation and their unwavering commitment to excellence in product refinement. Guided by the philosophy of "precision in product craftsmanship," Densen strives to be at the forefront of the industry.

At noon, we treated the customer to local delicacies, fostering a delightful and enriching exchange. Throughout our shared anticipation of the future, we not only gained a deeper understanding of Densen Die Casting Factory's manufacturing prowess but also strengthened the foundation of our collaboration.
