Die casting(pressure die casting)
is a metal die cast process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. The mold cavity is created using two hardened tool steel dies which have been machined into shape and work similarly to an injection mold during the process. Most die castings are made from non-ferrous metals, specifically zinc, copper, aluminium, magnesium, lead, pewter and tin-based alloys.
New Densen uses hot or cold-chamber machine for die casting process, depending on the type of metal being cast.

Die casting is a precision casting method, made by way of die casting that the tolerance is very small, the surface precision is very high, in most cases, the die casting without turning processing again can assembly application, threaded parts can be directly cast out.
