1.The main valve seat, shaft core, etc. to carry out a detailed inspection to determine whether there is damage, the main valve inside if there is debris to clean out.
2.Diaphragm or O-type Ring found damaged, please loose core shaft nut, the patch or ring gradually decomposed and retell the new parts for.
3.The above mentioned parts removed, check whether the damaged diaphragm or O ring;
4.First before and after the main valve closed valve.
5.Will release the main valve pipe fitting lid, pressure release valve.
6.Remove all the screws, including brass nut in the line of control.
7.Replacement parts in reverse order in accordance with the combination of the main valve installed, note the blocking phenomenon does not appear.
8.Take the valve cover and spring.
9.Take off the shaft core, diaphragm, piston and other parts, do not damage the diaphragm in the process of taking parts.
