Stainless Steel Investment Casting Process

Cast Stainless Steel Mold Development

The stainless steel foundry technical department develops the mold, and the quality department uses the three coordinates to carry out the dimensional inspection.

Automatic waxing machines are used in the workshop to adjust the wax pressure, holding time etc. and to produce high quality patterns.

The workshop has 4 automatic production lines that can produce 1800 sets of trays. We use a hygrothermograph, aerometer and PH to monitor the humidity, temperature and concentration of aluminium chloride.

Casting Stainless Steel Metal Pouring


4 sets of 500KG ovens are in production and 3 sets of 500KG replacement ovens are ready when capacity increases. Operators perform rigorous tests to meet material requirements.

The workshop is equipped with 8 heat treatment furnaces, 3 quenching furnaces, 1 central blast machine and 11 large blast machines.

Stainless Steel Casting Inspection

All dimensions of the blanks are checked by CMM. We have Rockwell hardening machine, dynamic balancing instrument, roundness measuring instrument and so on. The company's quality department has certified staff to perform UT, PT and MT testing.

    3) New Densen’s QC engineers will do on-site supervision and before EX-work quality inspection. New Densen will issue inspection reports for customers’ approval before EX-work. New Densen will be responsible for its reports and every parts no matter how long sold to customers.
