Manufacturing Method

We employ an advanced process called shell mold casting, and this advanced technology raises the precision and surface finish of our products to the highest level in the industry. By applying a special coating to the sand mold, the reaction between the sand and metal during casting is effectively suppressed and casting defects are minimized. This produces high-precision, high-quality cores.

Materials

Our cores are made of QT450-10, a high-quality spheroidal black cast iron. This material combines outstanding strength and toughness, with a spallation ratio of an astounding 95%. This high sphericity significantly improves the mechanical properties of the cast iron product. Spherical graphite reduces stress concentrations and significantly extends the fatigue life of the product, ensuring consistent long-term performance.
