Brief introduction:

 Raw materials used in the recycled aluminum industry - scrap aluminum contain a variety of non-metallic impurities and metal mixtures. With the increasing of labor costs and the shortage of workers, the old manual waste selection methodwas difficult to adapt to the requirements of the market. The Scrap aluminum slice separation system which wasdesigned and manufactured by our company can effectively remove the magnetic metal impurities and various non-metallic impurities in the waste aluminum slice, and separate the iron-aluminum block to meet the requirement of raw material purity. We provide many sets of production lines with stable operation of equipment and effective separation at home and abroad. The crushing raw materials first go through the weak magnetic separation machine and select monomer ferromagnetic materials, and then go through the strong magnetic separation to separate aluminum iron package materials. These aluminum iron package materials then return to the crusher and get into the re-entry separation processing. After removing the iron, the raw materials go into the vortex current separator for sorting. The aluminum and non-metallic materials are separated and finally to separate the qualified aluminum raw materials.
