While “three-point welding” is commonly used for shaft products, we recommend “full penetration welding” in cases where media cleanliness is required after transmission. Full penetration welding reduces the risk of compromising product functionality and extends the replacement cycle of shaft components, thereby contributing to reduced maintenance costs for customers. We have a system in place to comprehensively evaluate welding strength, cleanliness, and durability for different media (e.g., clean fluids for food and pharmaceutical applications, abrasive powders for heavy industry) and propose the optimal manufacturing process.
