1. Core Process Steps
- Mould design and fabrication: Custom-made wooden moulds or digital models are made according to customers' needs, and the dimensions are adjusted in combination with shrinkage rate to ensure casting accuracy.
- Moulding and core making: Use resin sand, clay and other materials to make sand model and core, and form stable cavities through vibration compaction, parting agent treatment and other techniques.
- Melting & Pouring: Using electric furnace or cupola double melting technology, the temperature of iron is precisely controlled (1250~1350℃), and the porosity defects are reduced by the automated pouring system.
- Cooling and Post-treatment: After cooling, the castings are subjected to sand dropping, shot blasting and heat treatment to eliminate internal stresses and improve surface quality, ensuring that the products meet industrial standards.
2. Technological Advantages
- Complicated structure moulding: castings ranging from several hundred grams to tens of tonnes can be produced, adapting to the needs of complex internal cavities and diverse structures of agricultural machinery parts.
