Additionally, the improved spheroidisation rate reduces defects such as shrinkage and bubbles during casting, enabling precise dimensional control. We adopt production lines designed and constructed by Japanese technical teams, and have established international quality management standards by obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification.

• Design expertise based on over 300 types of experience

Based on a technical database cultivated through years of production experience, we can design the shape, material, and strength of the core pin. We propose the optimal core pin tailored to the customer's machine specifications.

• Inspection system: Ensuring internal quality through 8-point cutting inspection

We thoroughly manage not only the external hardness but also the internal quality of the product. Specifically:

1. Cutting the core and conducting hardness tests (HRC) at 8 different locations

2. Controlling variations in external and internal hardness

This minimises the risk of cracks or damage during use.
